Clear Cake Collars are Clear Acetate Strips used around the sides of desserts and cakes to hold filling in. Use them for pudding filled cakes for a decorative outside appearance. Can also be used for adding chocolate trimmings to sides of an iced cake. Use to make chocolate bows by cutting the acetate strip into the bow loop lengths. Spread melted chocolate down the strip evenly using a spatula or banch scraper. Fold chocolate side in and pinch ends together. When set, remove collar strip. Now you are ready to place the bow loops around in a circle, adding more loops to the middle to build the bow.
