Refund policy
Classes
Classes cannot be cancelled for refund unless the cancellation is at least 2 weeks prior to the class. Class exchanges can only happen one time unless it is due to the fact that we cancelled the class for some reason. If we cancel the class, the student can either move to the new date of the class or receive a refund.
Return of Product
All store purchases are subject to no returns but can be given a store exchange if done within 14 days of receipt.
After 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with our prices and bar codes on it..
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such any edible items or ingredients which also include: custom made and Gum Paste flowers, baking pans, cooling racks, all colors (no matter what kind) cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We DO NOT pay return postage unless the mistake was ours.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, been used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be considered for exchange or store credit.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Store Credit.
If you are approved, we will then issue you a store credit.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged for store credit, unfortunately sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will be credit to original card of the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit it will not include any shipping charges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
