2nd Year - 2026-27

Our 2nd Year Youth Baking Academy students kicked off their first weekend by stepping into the exciting world of fondant! 🎂 They practiced covering cakes smoothly with fondant, creating decorative fondant accents, and forming beautiful fondant flowers. This weekend also marked the beginning of their journey into modeling and designing with different edible mediums, helping them build the skills they’ll use for more detailed and creative cake designs throughout the year. We’re so proud of the way they jumped in, practiced new techniques, and began turning simple cakes into edible works of art! ✨
