Have you found yourself on a Thursday night with a customer texting and saying...."Hey! I know this is short notice but I really need a cake on Saturday for my kid's birthday, could you please help?" and then they send you a picture of a two tiered cake of their kids favorite character?  Wellllll I have - several times - and I would immediately get stressed because I would think "I really do not want to turn business away but at the same time I do want to present them with a quality cake that will keep them coming back. And if I take that order, will I be setting myself up as the baker that will always accept last minute orders"?  THE STRUGGLE IS REAL!!!  Being on the baker end of this dilemma, Sheila and I have spent many of our Saturdays brainstorming about what we could do to help you put that cake order together quickly and give your customer a quality product.  We have decided to start carrying Cake Decorating sets!  Several of the decorating sets come with an instruction card of step by step instructions on how to decorate with them.
