We’ve added NEW classes and partnered with Fort Bend ISD and Sienna to bring the fun of baking straight to your neighborhood. We still have space left — so don’t wait to register!

✨ Fort Bend ISD Summer Camp Schedule & Itinerary

Grades 1st–5th | 4-Day Camp

Dates & Locations:

• 📍 Commonwealth Elementary — June 9–12 (Sold Out)

• 📍 Oakland Elementary — June 23–26

• 📍 Oakland Elementary — July 14–17

• 📍 Commonwealth Elementary — July 21–24 (Sold Out)

Daily Breakdown:

Day 1: COOKIE DECORATING FUN!
Bakers will start by learning kitchen safety and basic decorating techniques. They'll dive into themed sugar cookie decorating — in June, we’re going wild with a jungle theme 🌴🦁, and in July, we’re cooling off with a pool party/swimming theme 🏖️🩴. No baking needed — Cake Craft Shoppe has it covered!

Day 2: CUPCAKE TIME!
We’ll explore different decorating techniques like buttercream dots, stars, and fondant accents. Expect adorable edible creations and lots of laughter!

Day 3: CAKE! CAKE! CAKE!
Bakers will apply all they’ve learned so far to decorate their own cakes to take home and proudly share with family.

Day 4: SURPRISE BAKE!
Shhh... It’s a surprise! But trust us — it’s always a hit. All supplies provided. Just bring the smiles!

🍪  Sienna Summer Camp Itinerary (June & July)

Each camp runs for 4 days and is packed with baking fun, perfect for kids in grades 1st through 5th!

Day 1: Cookies! Who doesn’t love cookies? Campers will split their time between baking and decorating. They'll learn to decorate sugar cookies with buttercream and even bake cupcakes for the next day! Parents — taste testing is encouraged… after class, of course! 😊

Day 2: Cupcake Time! With cookies behind us, we dive into themed cupcake decorating. Campers will also learn to mix and bake cakes for the next day's project.

Day 3: Cakes Galore! Today’s the day to decorate cakes with all the skills learned so far — from coloring buttercream to using different decorating tools. We'll also prep a surprise bake for Day 4!

Day 4: Surprise Bake Reveal! Shhh… we can't tell you what this is just yet! But campers will LOVE decorating this sweet surprise.

🎂 Cake Craft Shoppe In-House Summer Camps

We’re offering age-specific camps at our home base, broken into two awesome age groups:

Jr Camp (Ages 6–10) — June 17 & 18

Day 1: Jungle-Themed Cupcakes Jr bakers will learn kitchen safety and decorating techniques like buttercream stars and fondant animals — no baking, just creativity and fun!

Day 2: Cake Decorating Kids will decorate their own cake using techniques learned in class. We’ll teach icing basics, color mixing, and piping on practice boards before they take their creations home!

Teen Camp (Ages 10–16) — June 20 & 21 (Only 4 spots left!)

Day 1: Cupcake Lab Teens will bake their cupcakes from scratch and learn pro-level skills — from buttercream coloring and piping techniques to fondant work. After lunch, they’ll decorate their cupcakes.

Day 2: Cake Design Day Campers will bake and decorate their own cake. We’ll cover buttercream flowers, proper boxing, and tips for getting their cake home in perfect shape for the family to enjoy at dinner (or dessert 😉).
