White Gum Paste 

PME Gum Paste is ideal for fiddly intricate modelling design you may wish to create. As it doesn’t dry as quickly as other gum pastes, this gum paste is great for beginners. It also works great for experienced bakers who may wish to make small changes to their models after having made them.

As the paste dries harder than regular sugarpaste or fondant, it is a great material to use for delicate details such as flowers. The range of available colours means you won’t have any trouble finding the colour you want, if you want to lighten any of the colours use the white gum paste. Why not create new colours or even marble paste by mixing the colours together.

The airtight seal on the bag makes it easier than ever to store any leftover gum paste you may have for future use.

• This PME Gum Paste is brilliant for beginners, as it doesn't dry quite as solid, or as quickly as other brands might.
• Flower Paste / Gum Paste is commonly used for things such as decorative sugar flowers, and small figures. 
• If you don't see the colour you want simply add colour paste to White Gum Paste to create any shade you desire.
