THIS CLASS IS ON TUESDAY EVENINGS

This is going to be a 2-week class held once a week for 2 weeks. Techniques include advanced borders, including basket weave and Lattice. Some advance flowers, including Learning how to Stack and Support your tiered cakes.    A kit is included with the class.

The instructor for this course has 30 years' experience in the field. Fifteen of those years were decorating cakes and contracting with many Houston Bakeries to decorate advanced level cakes The next 14 years have been spent teaching beginner, advanced and master level decorating classes here at Cake Craft Shoppe and some classes taught internationally.

A certificate of completion will be issued on the last day of class.

Please Note: Cancellation of a class must be two weeks before the class or there are no refunds or class changes. If you transfer from one date to another, there will be no refund. Only one move to a new date will be allowed.
