This is a two-day class where we learn to make several different types of Buttercreams. including: Swiss Buttercream, French Buttercream, and Rolled Buttercream. If time permits there are other buttercreams that will be included.
Because these recipes do not last a long time, each student will make half the recipe of each of the buttercreams. Some can be frozen for a period of time. Time allowing, we will include German Chocolate and Chocolate buttercream.
There is no refund if you cancel shorter than two weeks out. However, we can move you to another class.
