Learn to structure a double barrel cake (real cake), layer and ganache to create a strong foundation, learn the fastest way to ganache and scrape your cake efficiently, Marble fondant easily and effectively - you will be shown two methods, cover your double barrel with the fondant lid and wrap method, create charp edges to accentuate the style of your cake, choose effective pattern sequences in your marble to highlight with painted luster accents to add depth and uniqueness to your design and learn to safely wire and insert fresh flowers and greenery as well as arrange them on your cake.
