Please note: In order to open a wholesale account you must:
1.	Be a Retail Cake Supply Store or Academic School of Culinary Arts.
2.	Place an Initial Minimum Order of at least $100.00.
3.	Purchase at least 3 of any given item. Single item purchases will be at regular retail prices.
4.	Furnish us a copy of your business license or DBA.
5.	Furnish us a copy of your Sales Tax Permit.
6.	Make payments by credit card. We accept M/C, Visa and Discover.
