Description: This class will include rolled fondant as a blank canvas decorated with sugar roses, five petal flowers and textured three-dimensional sugar leaves and drapery swags as an alternate design on some tiers. Coloring and painting techniques using luster dust will also be included. Student will complete a 3 tier cake during the two day class. Lunch is included. There will be a supply list posted for this class on the 'Classes' page soon.
