Introducing the PME
Professional Diploma Course - "A Professional Course for Professional People!"
If you have ever wanted to start your own cake decorating business, this
course is for you! Cake Craft Shoppe is an Authorized Retailer of
PME Professional Courses. Sheila Brooks is an authorized and approved
Instructor for the PME Professional Courses. The Diploma Course is broken down into three modules:
Rolled Fondant, Sugar Flowers, and Piping Techniques. Each module is 1 week long,
25 hours per week.
Each module will cover basic techniques and creative styling for its subject
matter, plus the basics of owning and running your own business! Each module
is a complete and separate course. A PME Professional Diploma will be
awarded upon completion of each module. It is not essential to complete all
three modules. However, a Masters Certificate will be awarded upon
completion of all three modules! The modules do not have to be taken in any
particular order and no prior experience is necessary! For a complete course

2ND ANNUAL DAY OF SHARING
APRIL 6, 2008

Southeast Texas Cake Club will hold its 2nd Annual Day of Sharing on Sunday, April 6,
2008 at the Winnie/Stowell Community Building, 355 S. Park St.,
Winnie, Texas from
8:30am to 4:30pm. Featured demonstrators will include: Jennifer
Dontz, Sharon Zambito, Jovi Escobedo, Sheila Brooks, Dena Bryngelson
and Edward Frye. A brand new KitchenAide 5-quart Artisan chrome
mixer will be raffled off at the event. There will be vendors
bringing the latest tools and supplies! Breakfast and lunch will be
served. Early registration will be $35 before March 25th. After
March 25th, registration will be $40, and you can pay at the door.
